Date 01/6/2004 Decision No. 1212 / BNN-TCCB Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development has approved equitisation plan of the company; dated 07.28.2004 Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision 2157 / QD-BNN-TC approval enterprise value. Date 15/12/2004 Department of Planning and Investment Thanh Hoa registration certificate No. 2800115370 for trading companies and trade shares of Thanh Hoa salt; Date 20/12/2004 shareholding company Thanh Hoa salt and Commerce conducted the General Meeting of Shareholders established, and so the process of transformation of the State enterprise company to company Thanh Hoa Salt Joint Stock Salt and Trade Thanh Hoa has completed sale.
